So check this out. Someone else has found my pictures and placed them on her page, without telling me! I would be upset, but I'm too ecstatic because someone has found them. I would have liked to know about it though. And might I ask why there's not a link to my page, though there is one to Supervixen's page? *Sigh.*

the tattoed one Durham, 1997. This was early in the season. Exciting stuff.

This was on old-time jersey day. That was fun. Usually I'm not a big fan of these because they look kinda like pajamas but on this day, everyone was looking good. (Some better than others, though...) Pictured here (clockwise from top left) are Charlie Cruz, Andy Zwirchitz, Jerry Salzano, and Kevin McGlinchy. In the background (l-r): Brian Rust, George Lombard, and Pascual Matos. the pose

this is sweet This one, taken on the same day, is one of my absolute favorite shots. Kristen said it wouldn't turn out because I was pointing the camera almost directly at the sun, but I think it turned out nicely. Rushing into the picture is Jerry Salzano.

This was taken on the last day of the 1997 season. The Durham Bulls were celebrating the end of their affiliation with the Braves, so all the players wore Braves jerseys. This particular one proved rather prophetic. McGlinchy was named Bulls pitcher of the year that day. Ironically, he left with the lead and the bullpen lost it. Kristen took this one

wowee Danville is only 90 minutes from my house. Interestingly, their locker rooms are quite similar to the Durham locker rooms, and Durham is Triple-A. But in Durham they have a TV lounge. Almost no one attended 97s games in Danville. They play in Dan Daniel Memorial Park. It's like a national park area or something. The players parked in the same parking lot as the fans. After a while, I figured out why they parked far away from the field, leaving lots of spots near the right field line open.

Spring Training, 1999. Invariably, whenever McGlinchy would start to warm up, someone would come over and ask, "Is that John Rocker?" Uhh, sorry, but no. (l-r) Joe Nelson, Mark Wohlers, Micah Bowie, John Rocker, Kevin McGlinchy.spring training

cool Also from Spring '99, here's a classic shot of #64. This is pretty neat, I think, what with the shadows and all.
